This newsletter isn’t going out as early as usual, but it is Sunday and I’ve had a bit of a lie in, followed by a coffee and some fried egg muffins (that’s an English muffin for any of my American readers).
It’s still early days for this newsletter and I’m playing with ideas for the format of it. As well as getting my head around all of the features that Substack offers.
I’ve decided I’m going to have a bit of a quieter post day on Sundays, so these ones are going to be recommendations of something interesting or insightful that I’ve listened to that week. I love listening to podcasts whilst I’m working and I’d like to share with you an episode that really struck me.
And to be clear, I have absolutely no affiliation or endorsement from any podcast that I recommend. It’ll always just be something I liked and want to share with you because I think it will be useful.
This week’s recommendation
Today, it’s an episode from the Duncan Trussell Family Hour.
In this one, Duncan is chatting to “the Iceman” Wim Hof.
If you’ve not come across Duncan Trussell before, he’s an American comedian who’s also responsible for the creation of a genius series on Netflix called “The Midnight Gospel”. Go and give that a watch as well.
Anyway, if you want to listen to the episode, press this beautiful blue button below.
Get that into your ear holes, and have a restful Sunday.
Much love
David
